Building Permit

Location: The Building Department is in Village Hall at 4444 Thompson Road, Wonder Lake.

Office Hours: The Village of Wonder Lake Building Department is available Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm.

Inspection Services: The village uses B&F Construction Code Services for all plan reviews and inspections. www.constructioncodes.com/ 

Inspection Scheduling: To schedule an inspection please call B&F at 847-428-7010 or email to inspections@bfccs.org Inspections will be made within 48 hours of request

Inspector will review the permit application for code compliance.

The Inspector will call or email back to you letting you know if the permit is approved or not approved and if there are corrections that will need to be submitted.

When the permit is approved the permit will be issued when the fee is paid. Fees can be paid only by check or cash
